1.    What types of personal data does Fidelity Jets collect?

When you use the Service, we may collect and process different types of information data from you. This may include personal data that you provide directly to us and information that we collect automatically.

Certain information, such as IP address, device identifier, browser type, operating system, information about your use of the Service, and data regarding network collected hardware (“Usage Information”) is collected automatically when you visit the Service. Fidelit Jets utilizes third-party tracking applications like Google Analytics (http://google.com/analytics) to measure and analyze the behavior of visitors on the Service, as well as traffic patterns. Personal data that you provide directly to us via the Service may include the following:

-      First and last name, address, email address, and telephone number

-      Employer and/or other corporate affiliation (e.g., employer’s name, title, work address, contact telephone number)

-      Username and password to sign into the Service

-      Credit card or other full payment account information if you have provided such information for billing purposes

2.   How does Fidelity Jets use my information?

When you request information from Fidelity Jets, the personal data you provide will be used for our legitimate business interests, including for the following purposes:

-      to fulfill your requests;

-      to answer your questions or respond to your feedback;

-      for statistical analysis;

-      to inform you of changes to this Privacy Policy;

-      to provide you with the Service;

-      to evaluate the security and stability of the Service;

-      to improve the Service;

-      to send marketing offers and targeted advertising;

-      to make analyses in order to provide you with relevant marketing offers, event notifications, and information;

-      to send you surveys to give you a possibility to influence our offers and services;

3.   How does Fidelity Jets store my information?

We will keep your data for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes as set out above in this Privacy Policy or as long as we are required by law. After this, we will delete your personal data. If you have specific questions about data retention, you can contact us.

4.   How does Fidelity Jets share my information?

TRANSFERS TO FIDELITY  JETS AFFILIATES. We may transfer information, including your personal data, to subsidiary and affiliated companies of Fidelity Jets, located inside and/or outside the United States.

TRANSFERS TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. We may engage other companies and individuals, located inside and/or outside the United States, to perform functions on our behalf, subject to our policies and practices for the reasonable protection of your personal information.
Without limitation, these third parties may provide us with the following types of services:

-      hosting, maintaining, and managing our Service;

-      hosting, maintaining, and managing our contact database; and

-      assisting with analytics and marketing.

FOR LEGAL REASONS. For example, at the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities, in response to a subpoena, warrant or other legal compulsion and to protect our rights and the rights or safety of other.

CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS. In connection with or during negotiations of any proposed or actual financing of our business, or merger, purchase, sale, joint venture, or any other type of acquisition or business combination of all or any portion of our assets, or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another company, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding.

OTHER. In addition, your personal data may be shared with or accessed by third-parties in connection with Tracking Technologies (defined below) as set forth in the next section, at your direction, in connection with your interactions with third-parties (e.g., other users and third-party services such as social media plug-ins), or as otherwise disclosed to you by separate notice.

5.   What are “cookies” and other Tracking Technologies and how does Fidelity Jets use them?

The methods that may be used to collect Usage Information on the Service include cookies, web beacons (also known as “tracking pixels”), embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, in-app tracking methods, and device and activity monitoring (“Tracking Technologies”):

COOKIES. Fidelity  Jets may place “cookies” on your computer or device that may contain anonymous information that is associated with you. Cookies are small text files a website uses to recognize users and are typically placed on your browser by a web server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you or that, in some cases, can be read by a third-party domain.

Our cookies may record Usage Information about your visits to the Service so that we can provide a continual and more personalized experience for you, including for one or more of the following purposes: to help identify visitors, assess usage patterns, identify preferences, diagnose problems with our servers, gather demographic information, analyze trends and usage patterns, conduct market research, deliver personalized experiences, record personalized information, and otherwise administer Fidelity Jets products and services.

Fidelity Jets is not responsible for any failure by you or your browser to accurately implement or communicate your browser preferences or settings. No cookies on Fidelity Jets are strictly necessary but deleting or disallowing any cookies may cause your experience on the site to worsen or cause Fidelity Jets to provide a lesser, non-personalized experience.

We may use the following types of cookies:

Functional cookies: These cookies are required for the website to function properly and cannot be configured. They allow you to experience our content in the intended way.

User-experience cookies: These cookies inform the user experience on the website (traffic volume, pages viewed, average browsing time, etc.) to help us ensure optimal website performance.

Personalization cookies: These cookies are used to personalize Fidelity Jets promotional materials and help us measure the effectiveness of such materials.

WEB BEACONS (“TRACKING PIXELS”). Web beacons are small graphic images, also known as “Internet tags” or “clear gifs,” embedded in web pages and e-mail messages. Web beacons may be used, without limitation, to count the number of visitors to the Service, to monitor how users navigate the Service, and to count content.

EMBEDDED SCRIPTS. An embedded script is programming code designed to collect information about your interactions with the Service. It is temporarily downloaded onto your computer from our web server, or from a third party with which we work and is active only while you are connected to the Service and deleted or deactivated thereafter.

IN-APP TRACKING METHODS. There are a variety of Tracking Technologies that may be included in mobile applications, and these are not browser-based like cookies and cannot be controlled by browser settings. Some use device identifier, or other identifiers such as “Ad IDs,” or may use “SDKs,” to associate app user activity to a particular app and to track user activity across apps and/or devices. SDKs are blocks of code that may be installed in our mobile application by third party companies with which we work. SDKs help us understand how you interact with our mobile application and collect certain information about the device and network you use to access our application, such as the advertising identifier associated with your device and information about how you interact with our application.

DEVICE AND ACTIVITY MONITORING. Technologies that monitor, and may record, certain of your interactions with the Service and/or collect and analyze information from your device, such as, without limitation, your operating system, plug-ins, system fonts, and other data, for purposes such as identification, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, tracking and/or improving the Services and customizing or optimizing your experience on the Services.

Some information about your use of the Service and certain other online services may be collected using Tracking Technologies across time and services and used by us and third parties for purposes such as to associate different devices you use and deliver relevant ads and/or other content to you on the Service and certain other online services. We may engage and work with service providers and other third parties to serve advertisements on the Service and/or on other online services. COMMUNICATIONS. You have certain choices about how we use your information. You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, follow the instructions in any promotional message you get from us or log in to your account and change your settings.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES GENERALLY. Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. Note, however, there is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. Like many online services, we currently do not alter our practices when we receive a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser. Some third parties, however, may offer you choices regarding their Tracking Technologies. 7.   How does Fidelity Jets protect my personal data?

We take appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation, and unauthorized access. Although we are committed to maintaining accurate information and we use reasonable efforts to safeguard information, transmission via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Service.

8.   Fidelity Jets’ commitment to children’s privacy

The Fidelity Jets Service is intended for use by adults over the age of majority where they reside (18 in most places). Because of the nature of our service, which permits children to travel using Fidelity Jets, we may collect and retain information necessary for travel, which may include personal information about children when it is required by law, federal aviation security regulations, or as otherwise necessary to provide services offered by Fidelity Jets. Fidelity Jets intends that parents or guardians provide information on children under age 13 when required. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has directly given us personal data online, you should contact us, and we will act as required by applicable law.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS.

California residents can learn more about their privacy rights at www.oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.

NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS.

Although Fidelity Jets does not “sell” “covered information” of Nevada “consumers” as those terms are defined by Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes, you may contact us at info@fidelityjets.com to register an e-mail contact address for us to provide you notice in the event we should do so in the future, at which point you will have an opportunity to be verified and exercise your opt-out rights under that law. Contact us in the same manner to update your contact email for notices. Changing your email elsewhere (e.g., informational requests, account information, etc.) will not update your Nevada notice contact information. It is your responsibility to keep your notice contact information current.

CONNECTICUT PRIVACY RIGHTS.

Connecticut law requires any person or entity that collects Social Security numbers from Connecticut residents in the course of business to create a privacy protection policy and to publish or display it publicly. It is our policy to protect the confidentiality of Social Security numbers in our possession from misuse and improper disclosure by maintaining and enforcing policies and physical and electronic safeguards against misuse and improper disclosure. Unlawful disclosure of Social Security numbers is prohibited, and access to them is limited to personnel who need access to such information in order to perform their job functions.

10.   International Transfer 

The information we and our service providers collect on the Fidelity Jets website is governed by U.S. law. If you are visiting the U.S. version of the Service, the processing of your information is subject to U.S. laws which differ from other jurisdictions. If you are visiting the Service from the EU, visit our EU websites which are available by clicking on the drop down menu on the top right of the homepage of our website and toggling to one of the EU websites. Please be aware that information collected through the U.S. version of the Service may be transferred to, processed, stored, and used in the U.S. Your use of the U.S. version of the Service, or provision of any information therefore, constitutes your consent to the transfer to and from, processing, usage, sharing, and storage of your information, including personal data, in the U.S. as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

11.   Changes to Fidelity Jets Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may change our privacy policies. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy as required by law; which may be by posting an updated version on the Service so check for changes each time you visit. Changes will be applied prospectively absent your consent.
