California, Nevada and Connecticut residents should see the State Notices section below for additional privacy rights that apply to them and govern in the event of a conflict with this general Privacy Policy. 1.    What types of personal data does Fidelity Jets collect?

When you use the Service, we may collect and process different types of information data from you. This may include personal data that you provide directly to us and information that we collect automatically.

Certain information, such as IP address, device identifier, browser type, operating system, information about your use of the Service, and data regarding network collected hardware (“Usage Information”) is collected automatically when you visit the Service. Fidelit Jets utilizes third-party tracking applications like Google Analytics (http://google.com/analytics) to measure and analyze the behavior of visitors on the Service, as well as traffic patterns. Personal data that you provide directly to us via the Service may include the following:

2.   How does Fidelity Jets use my information?

When you request information from Fidelity Jets, the personal data you provide will be used for our legitimate business interests, including for the following purposes:

4.   How does Fidelity Jets share my information?

TRANSFERS TO FIDELITY  JETS AFFILIATES. We may transfer information, including your personal data, to subsidiary and affiliated companies of Fidelity Jets, located inside and/or outside the United States.

TRANSFERS TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. We may engage other companies and individuals, located inside and/or outside the United States, to perform functions on our behalf, subject to our policies and practices for the reasonable protection of your personal information.
Without limitation, these third parties may provide us with the following types of services:

-      hosting, maintaining, and managing our Service;

-      hosting, maintaining, and managing our contact database; and

It is temporarily downloaded onto your computer from our web server, or from a third party with which we work and is active only while you are connected to the Service and deleted or deactivated thereafter.

IN-APP TRACKING METHODS. There are a variety of Tracking Technologies that may be included in mobile applications, and these are not browser-based like cookies and cannot be controlled by browser settings. Although we are committed to maintaining accurate information and we use reasonable efforts to safeguard information, transmission via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Service.


8.   Fidelity Jets’ commitment to children’s privacy

The Fidelity Jets Service is intended for use by adults over the age of majority where they reside (18 in most places). Because of the nature of our service, which permits children to travel using Fidelity Jets, we may collect and retain information necessary for travel, which may include personal information about children when it is required by law, federal aviation security regulations, or as otherwise necessary to provide services offered by Fidelity Jets. Fidelity Jets intends that parents or guardians provide information on children under age 13 when required. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has directly given us personal data online, you should contact us, and we will act as required by applicable law.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS.

NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS.

Although Fidelity Jets does not “sell” “covered information” of Nevada “consumers” as those terms are defined by Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes, you may contact us at info@fidelityjets.com to register an e-mail contact address for us to provide you notice in the event we should do so in the future, at which point you will have an opportunity to be verified and exercise your opt-out rights under that law. Contact us in the same manner to update your contact email for notices. Changing your email elsewhere (e.g., informational requests, account information, etc.) will not update your Nevada notice contact information. It is your responsibility to keep your notice contact information current.

CONNECTICUT PRIVACY RIGHTS.

Connecticut law requires any person or entity that collects Social Security numbers from Connecticut residents in the course of business to create a privacy protection policy and to publish or display it publicly. It is our policy to protect the confidentiality of Social Security numbers in our possession from misuse and improper disclosure by maintaining and enforcing policies and physical and electronic safeguards against misuse and improper disclosure. Unlawful disclosure of Social Security numbers is prohibited, and access to them is limited to personnel who need access to such information in order to perform their job functions.

The information we and our service providers collect on the Fidelity Jets website is governed by U.S. law. If you are visiting the U.S. version of the Service, the processing of your information is subject to U.S. laws which differ from other jurisdictions. If you are visiting the Service from the EU, visit our EU websites which are available by clicking on the drop down menu on the top right of the homepage of our website and toggling to one of the EU websites.
